Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your Zonyx account and the data associated with it. Zonyx is developed by Byteluna Labs (app: com.bytelunalabs.zonyx).

Delete from inside the app (instant)

1. Open Zonyx and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Privacy.
3. Tap “Delete my account and data” and confirm.

Your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our servers immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at contact@bytelunalabs.com from any address and ask us to delete your account. We will process the request and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your birth details (name, birth date, time and place).
• Your messages to Luna, saved compatibility bonds, tarot draws and reading history.
• Your usage counters and anonymous account identifier.

Aggregated, non-identifying interpretation cache and standard billing records that we are legally required to keep may be retained; nothing that can identify you personally is kept.
