Privacy Policy

Zonyx (“we”, “the app”) is an astrology and tarot app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We built Zonyx to respect you: we do not sell your personal data.

Data we collect

• Birth details you enter: name, birth date, birth time, birth place (city, latitude, longitude, time zone), gender and relationship status. These are needed to compute your astrological chart.
• Content you create: your messages to our AI guide (Luna), saved compatibility bonds (the birth details you add for other people), tarot draws and reading history.
• Usage: daily message counters and in-app activity needed to run features and fair-use limits.
• Device/technical: an anonymous Firebase user id, and standard diagnostics (crash reports) to keep the app stable.

We do not ask for your real identity, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, camera or microphone.

How we use it

• To calculate your birth chart and transits with a real astronomy engine.
• To generate warm, personalized interpretations. For this, the relevant chart data and your question are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) which returns the text. This content is cached so it is not regenerated each time.
• To run subscriptions, fair-use limits and (optional) rewarded ads.

Service providers

• Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database, crash reporting) — stores your data securely.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — receives chart data + your question to generate readings.
• RevenueCat and Google Play Billing — manage subscriptions.
• Google AdMob — optional rewarded ads.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Storage & retention

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and kept until you delete your account. Generated interpretation text may be cached in aggregate (not tied to your identity).

Your rights

• Delete everything: in the app go to Profile → Privacy → “Delete my account and data”. This removes your data from our servers.
• Access / export: email us at contact@bytelunalabs.com to request a copy of your data.
• Under GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Turkey) you may access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data.

Children

Zonyx is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
